WHAT ARE BM ARTIST LASHES MADE FROM?

Our lashes are Cruelty Free + Vegan – They are made from either a high quality PBT fibre or human hair, so they mimic real lashes. Super lightweight, flexible and easy to use with mostly invisible bases or bands so they fit undetected in your lash line.

SHIPPING

Yes we ship worldwide! All countries are shipped Mon – Fri.

AUSTRALIA – BM Artist Lashes uses Australia Post Express Satchels so we can get our lashes to you quick at a flat rate of $9.50. Packaged and ready to go within 24 hours!

Perth – Metro area usually 24 hour once posted.

Eastern States usually 48-72 hours once posted.

Please note:
– We do our best to get our orders out quick within Australia so if you want to ensure they leave the same day please get your order in by 8am, alternatively they will be posted within 24 hours.

– We will always dispatch our orders within 24 hours and take no responsibility if for some reason Australia Post has delayed your order.

WORLDWIDE: BM Artist Lashes use DHL worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $13. Depending on where you are located DHL delivers between 6-10 days. Express Post can be organised at a cost of $35 so please notify us if you choose that option

Please note:
– BM Artist lashes takes no responsibility if your parcel is held up in customs or any unseen circumstances occur in delaying your parcel due to weather or other extremities.

– BM Artist Lashes are not responsible for VAT or any other taxes in your country

TRACKING

We process orders by 8am or after 4pm.Once your order is packed you will be sent a dispatch email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this, please let us know.

REFUNDS

As per the Australian Consumer Law and due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ reasons. Should your product be faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the problem and we will organise either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If you’ve been notified by the carrier that an attempt has bee made to deliver you goods or receive a notification your goods are waiting to be picked and choose to not pick them up within the specified time, we can still provide a refund BUT only once we receive the goods back. HOWEVER, postage costs To You and back To Us will be deducted from the total amount spent. Please note the cost coming back to us is far higher although we do opt for the most economical return from the courier company.
